After VBS, Mimi invited us over for a swim... it was SUPER hot today... like 90 degrees, if felt awesome to just hang out at the pool. We enjoyed playing "garbage" and "golf" with Mimi afterwords. While playing games, my friend Lesli called and told me that her water broke and she was on the way to the hospital!!! Can't wait to meet her little girl on the way!

In other news, two of my friends (Becca/Eric and Gini/Jason) are adopting children from Ethiopia. Gini posted a blog tonight and attached the link of another family who is in Ethiopia to pick up their son this week. It is hard to imagine the amount of love that a mother has for a child when she gives them up and offers them a better life with another family. It is a good reminder that we are each entrusted with children. And God trusts that we choose what is best for them each and every day. That is a hard job! Makes me excited and nervous to meet my Little Willard!!!
